The Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder has been linked with a potential switch to the Premier League following his impressive World Cup campaign.
Rebic was attracting interest from Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the major tournament but Arsenal, Man United and Napoli have entered the race.
The 24-year-old has started five of Croatia’s six games at the World Cup so far to help his national team reach the final against France.
Rebic was particularly impressive in Croatia’s 2-1 extra-time win over England in the World Cup semi-final on Wednesday night.
He netted nine goals and made three assists in all competitions in the 2017-18 season to attract interest from top clubs.
Former Liverpool FC star Biscan believes Rebic would be a great addition to the Premier League next term.
“Ante Rebic has been a revelation for Croatia,” Biscan told BetStars.
“Not many people knew about him before the tournament and before the World Cup he wasn’t even in Croatia’s starting line-up. The Croatia coach gave him a chance and he hasn’t looked back since, he’s been phenomenal.
“He is a brilliant physical presence and has created a lot of chances for Croatia, he is just one of those players who if things aren’t going right he can produce something different. After the tournament he will move to a much bigger club than Eintracht Frankfurt.
“I can see him in the Premier League with his physical attributes, his speed, power and the way he attacks the box, with his mentality he would do really well.”
Manchester United have signed Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fred and FC Porto defender Diogo Dalot in the summer transfer window so far.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have signed Stephan Lichtsteiner, Bernd Leno, Sokratis, Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi so far this summer.
