Dharmesh Sheth believes Manchester United target Gareth Bale could leave Real Madrid this summer.

The Welsh forward is facing an uncertain future at the Champions League holders beyond the current transfer window.

Bale has been linked with a potential switch to Manchester United and Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich this summer.

The 28-year-old has enjoyed a lot of success at Real Madrid following four Champions League titles and the La Liga crown.

Bale came off the bench to score twice in Real Madrid’s 3-1 win against Liverpool FC in the Kiev final to leave his mark on the showpiece.

The Welsh forward spoke out about his future following his substitute appearance to fuel speculation that he is set to leave this summer.

Sky Sports News reporter Sheth believes Bale’s behaviour this summer indicates a move is on the cards.

“I don’t know,” Sheth told Transfer Talk podcast. “It’s out of character for Bale to come out and talk about his future. It says something to me.”

Manchester United finished in second spot in the Premier League last season to ensure their continued participation in the Champions League.

The Red Devils haven’t won the Premier League title since 2013 when Sir Alex Ferguson led Manchester United to his final top-flight crown.
