Kieran Tierney is “50/50” to leave Celtic this summer as the defender continues to be linked with Manchester United, according to Ian McGarry.
The Scottish left-back has been linked with a move away from the Hoops in recent months and Manchester United and Everton have both been touted as possible destinations for the defender in recent months.
Manchester United have been linked with a new move to sign a left-sided defender this summer as the speculation about Luke Shaw’s future at Old Trafford continues.
The Red Devils are thought to still be on the lookout for a number of new signings this month as they bid to try and build a squad capable of winning the title next season.
Now, transfer insider McGarry has claimed that the 21-year-old has a 50 per cent chance of leaving Celtic this summer as the speculation about his future continues.
Speaking on the Transfer Window podcast, McGarry said: “Tierney is 50/50 to leave Celtic in the transfer window and England would be his destination.”
Manchester United have signed Diogo Dalot, Fred and Lee Grant so far this summer as Jose Mourinho prepares for his third season in charge at Old Trafford.
