Alvaro Morata looked to be in good spirits as he posed for a picture with Davide Zappacosta and Tomas Kalas while in Australia for Chelsea FC’s pre-season tour.

The Blues are currently Down Under to work on their pre-season preparations as they get used to life under new manager Maurizio Sarri ahead of the new campaign.

Morata will be hoping to get as fit as possible as he bids to help Chelsea FC enjoy a positive debut campaign under their new boss.

The 25-year-old joined Chelsea FC from Real Madrid in a club record deal last July but he was criticised for failing to produce consistent performances for the west London side last term, especially in the second half of the campaign.

There has been speculation suggesting that Morata could be on his way out of Chelsea FC this summer, but the striker seems to be happy as he continues to work on his fitness levels ahead of the new campaign.

Morata posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Double session finished! Now return to the hotel for dinner and rest! With the kids @ kalato33 @zappacosta 🔝👌⚽️”

Chelsea FC completed their first signing of the summer transfer window last weekend when they tied up a deal to bring Jorginho to Stamford Bridge from Napoli.
