Alexandre Lacazette considering quitting Arsenal – report
Alexandre Lacazette is considering quitting Arsenal before the end of the European transfer window, say reports
Alexandre Lacazette is considering quitting Arsenal before the end of the European summer transfer window, according to reports in France.
French outlet Le10Sport, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that Lacazette is considering his future at The Emirates because he doesn’t feel that he fits into Unai Emery’s plans at the north London club.
The same report says that Lacazette could push for a move away from Arsenal in the coming days before the transfer window for European clubs closes this week.
The French striker is still waiting for his first Premier League start of the season and he is yet to start any of Arsenal’s three games in the top flight this term.
The 27-year-old came off the bench to play the final 45 minutes of Arsenal’s first Premier League victory of the season against West Ham United last weekend.
And he also made brief second half appearances during the defeats by Manchester City and Chelsea FC in the Gunners’ first Premier League games of the season.
But it would appear that his future at the north London club is in doubt, if the latest reports from France are to be believed.
Arsenal will travel to Cardiff City in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
