Mesut Ozil is warned that he must step his game up under Unai Emery, say reports

Mesut Ozil has been warned that he must step his game up at Arsenal under new manager Unai Emery, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that Emery has made it clear to Ozil that he expects more from the Germany international following his stuttering start to the new campaign.
Arsenal clocked up their first Premier League win of the season on Saturday when they claimed a 3-1 victory over West Ham United at The Emirates.
However, Ozil missed the game due to illness after the Gunners slumped to back to back defeats by Manchester City and Chelsea FC in their opening two games of the new season.
Ozil has regularly been criticised for failing to produce consistent performances for the north London side.
And according to the same report, Emery has made it clear to Ozil – both in public and in private – that he expects more from the German playmaker.
Arsenal will look to make it back to back wins in the Premier League when the Gunners return to top flight action on Sunday with a trip to Cardiff City.
The north London side have not won the Premier League title since their famous unbeaten triumph in the 2003-04 campaign.
