Antonio Rudiger has praised Jorginho for the solid way in which he has settled into life at Chelsea FC.

The Italy international has been adapting to life at the west London club after having signed for the Blues from Napoli following the appointment of Maurizio Sarri as the club’s new manager back in July.

The 26-year-old has scored one goal in the Premier League after having started and finished all three of the Blues’ top flight games so far this season.

Jorginho has already proved himself to be a valuable part of the Chelsea FC squad this season and defender Rudiger has been impressed by the way he has slotted into the midfield alongside N’Golo Kante.

Speaking in an interview with Chelsea FC’s website, Rudiger said: “It is very good because it is good to always have the ball but it is normal also you lose the ball and we need quick players to also come back.

“N’Golo and Mateo do very good and Jorginho is one of our target players, he is very comfortable on the ball and that is good.”

Chelsea FC will look to make it four wins on the bounce in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon when they host Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge.

Sarri has been tasked with steering Chelsea FC back into the top four at the very least this season after the Blues finished in fifth place and won the FA Cup in Antonio Conte’s final campaign in charge last term.
