Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Liverpool FC have some late transfer business to conclude before the transfer window shuts on Thursday night.

The Reds have been one of the most active Premier League clubs in the 2018 summer transfer window after the Merseyside outfit completed some impressive business.

Klopp has strengthened his options in the middle of the park with the £39m addition of Brazil international Fabinho from Ligue 1 side AS Monaco back in June.

RB Leipzig star Naby Keita has finally completed his move to Liverpool FC after the Reds settled on a £48m transfer fee with the Bundesliga outfit last summer.

Switzerland international Xherdan Shaqiri moved to Liverpool FC in a cut price deal from relegated Stoke City to bolster his attack after the playmaker’s impressive World Cup campaign.

Perhaps the most exciting signing for Liverpool FC supporters is the addition of Alisson Becker in a world record £67m fee from Serie A side AS Roma last month.

Speaking after Liverpool FC’S 5-0 win over Napoli in their penultimate pre-season fixture whether the Reds would be doing some late transfer business, Klopp replied: “Yes.”

Asked if he could shed light on some potentials incomings and outgoings, he said: “No.”

When a journalist at the Dublin media confefence asked if there would be a lot of players leaving the club before the deadline, Klopp added: “Maybe.”
