The France international’s future has been a source of relentless speculation over the past few months following a difficult second season under Jose Mourinho.
Martial has struggled to hold down a regular starting spot in the Manchester United team due to a lack of consistency and the arrival of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal.
Premier League duo Chelsea FC and Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a swoop to sign the 22-year-old, who was a huge hit in the 2015-16 Premier League season.
However, Manchester United would be taking a gamble selling Martial to a direct title rival given the former Lyon star’s obvious quality and eye for goal.
Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have reportedly emerged as potential destinations for Martial before the close of the summer transfer window.
However, Sky Sports reporter Bridge ruled Bayern out of the race to sign the France international.
“We don’t think Bayern will go for Martial,” Bridge told Sky Sports Transfer Talk podcast. “It probably won’t be happening.”
Martial moved to Manchester United in an initial £36m deal from Ligue 1 side AS Monaco in the 2015 summer transfer window under Mourinho’s predecessor Louis van Gaal.
The forward has won the Europa League, the FA Cup and the League Cup at Old Trafford.
