Jose Mourinho looks ahead to Manchester United's clash with Tottenham in the Premier League on Monday night
Jose Mourinho has insisted that he is fully focused on helping Manchester United to beat Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Monday night.
The Red Devils boss has found himself under increasing pressure in recent days after his side slumped to a surprise 3-2 loss to Brighton and Hove Albion last weekend.
Mourinho has been tasked with steering Manchester United to a Premier League title challenge this season, with the Red Devils having ended up second and without a trophy last term.
Manchester United will look to get back to winning ways in the Premier League when the Red Devils host Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford on Monday night looking to respond.
Mourinho has cut a frustrated figure at Manchester United in recent weeks, but the Portuguese coach seems confident that his side can turn things around against the Lilywhites.
Speaking at his pre-match news conference on Friday at Carrington, Mourinho said: “How do I feel?
“I feel we played well against Leicester and we won. I felt we played bad against Brighton and we lost. Against Spurs? I would like to play well and win.”
Manchester United are aiming to be one of the main challengers for the Premier League title this season, with the Red Devils not having won the trophy since their famous final triumph under Sir Alex Ferguson back in 2013.
