Mesut Ozil fires Arsenal warning at Newcastle United on Instagram

Mesut Ozil takes to social media ahead of Arsenal's trip to Newcastle United in the Premier League on Saturday

Mesut Ozil has taken to social media to warn Newcastle United that he and his Arsenal team-mates are ready for their Premier League clash at St James’ Park this weekend.

The north London side are currently preparing for their trip to St James’ Park as Unai Emery’s men look to make it three wins in a row in the Premier League.

Arsenal have been in solid form in recent weeks after having lost their opening two Premier League games against Chelsea FC and Manchester City.

Ozil will be hoping to start for the Gunners as they look to back up their win at Cardiff City last time out by claiming three points at St James’ Park.

And the Gunners playmaker is seemingly in good spirits as Arsenal prepare for their trip up north this weekend.

Ozil posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Away trip to Newcastle is already in sight! ⚽💥 #M1Ö #COYG #London @Arsenal.”

Arsenal are looking to break back into the top four this season at the very least after they finished in sixth place in the Premier League table last term under Arsene Wenger.

The north London side have not won the Premier League title since their famous unbeaten triumph under Wenger back in 2003-04.
