The Evening Standard is reporting that the two Italian clubs are keeping a close eye on Ramsey’s situation at The Emirates, with the midfielder’s contract currently set to expire next summer.
Arsenal have so far been able to agree new terms with the 27-year-old, and that has alerted a number of top clubs, including the two Italian giants.
The same story says that outgoing Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis could play a part in helping to try and convince Ramsey to move to AC Milan when he joins the Italian club later this year.
Ramsey would be available on a free transfer next summer if the Gunners are unable to get the box-to-box midfielder to sign a new contract.
Meanwhile, the midfielder will be hoping to start for Arsenal when the Gunners return to Premier League action on Saturday afternoon with a home clash against Watford at The Emirates.
The north London side are aiming to try and break back into the top four this season after they finished sixth and without a trophy under Arsene Wenger last term.
