The north London side have won their last three top flight games after having suffered disappointing defeats by Manchester City and Chelsea FC in their opening Premier League games this season.
Arsenal kicked off their Europa League group stage campaign with a 4-2 win at home to Vorskla Poltava on Thursday night.
They will now switch their attentions back to Premier League affairs and their home clash against Everton at The Emirates on Sunday afternoon as they bid to make it four wins in a row in the top flight.
And former Liverpool FC star Owen is expecting to see the Gunners claim all three points against the Toffees this weekend.
Writing in his column for Bet Victor, Owen said: “This is a fixture that invariably produces goals and Everton’s two away games so far this season have finished 2-2.
“I think Blues boss Marco Silva would take a point now although the Gunners have not drawn any of their last 21 Premier Leageu games (W11 L10).
“This current Arsenal side, as good as they are on the eye, will always give you a chance and I expect Everton to find the back of the net at the Emirates, but Bruce Rioch was in charge of the Gunners (January 1996) the last time they lost at home to Everton.
“Unai Emery will need time to mould an Arsenal side that could challenge for the title, but I do expect the Gunners to win another game that promises plenty of opportunities and goals.”
Arsenal have been getting used to life under new manager Unai Emery after his appointment as Arsene Wenger’s successor at The Emirates back in May.
The north London side are aiming to try and break back into the top four at the very least this season after they finished sixth and without a trophy last term.
