The Brazil-born Italy international has been settling into life at Stamford Bridge after having signed for the Blues from Napoli during the summer transfer window.
Jorginho followed new manager Maurizio Sarri to the west London club after the Blues opted to sack Antonio Conte following their fifth-placed finish last term.
The midfielder has been catching the eye with some impressive performances for Chelsea FC this season, scoring one goal in four Premier League appearances for Sarri’s men so far.
And Loftus-Cheek has admitted that he has been very impressed by what he has seen from the new signing since his move to the club back in July.
Asked who the best player in training has been recently, Loftus-Cheek told Chelsea FC’s website: “Jorginho trains well all the time, he’s a very good player.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea FC will return to Premier League action this weekend when they host Cardiff City at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues have been in solid form so far this season and have won all four of their opening four Premier League games.
Sarri has been tasked with steering Chelsea FC back into the top four at the very least after their fifth-placed finish last term.
