Asked whether he was enjoying life under Sarri, Hazard told Sky Sports: “Of course.
“We try to keep the ball. When you are an offensive player you just want to keep the ball.
“We create a lot of passes and chances. Yesterday we had a bit of trouble [against West Ham] but I think the beginning of the season was great.
“He is a great manager, but it’s easy to say when you are winning games. We will see in a bad moment. For sure he is a great manager, and he showed that to the world.”
Chelsea FC finished in fifth spot in the Premier League table last term to miss out on a place in the Champions League.
The Blues won the FA Cup in Antonio Conte’s final season in charge thanks to a 1-0 victory over Manchester United.
The west London side have beaten Huddersfield Town, Arsenal, Newcastle United, Cardiff City and Bournemouth in the Premier League this season.
Sarri’s side will welcome Liverpool FC to Stamford Bridge in their next Premier League fixture.
