Ruben Loftus-Cheek makes admission about N’Golo Kante at Chelsea FC
Ruben Loftus-Cheek says N'Golo Kante is clearly the quietest player in the Chelsea FC dressing room
Ruben Loftus-Cheek has admitted that N’Golo Kante is clearly the quietest player in the Chelsea FC dressing room.
The French midfielder has earned a reputation as one of world football’s best holding midfielders since his move to the Premier League.
Kante helped Leicester City to win the Premier League title in the 2015-16 campaign before he moved to Chelsea FC the following summer.
The France international then played a key role in helping Chelsea FC to win the Premier League in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge of the west London club.
Kante enjoyed a summer to remember as he helped France to win the World Cup title in Russia.
Despite his obvious talent, Kante is known for being a reserved character off the pitch.
And Loftus-Cheek has admitted that Kante is clearly the quietest player in the Chelsea FC dressing room.
Asked who is his quietest Chelsea FC team-mate, Loftus-Cheek told the club’s website: “Definitely N’Golo Kante. He’s the nicest guy in the world but so quiet.”
Chelsea FC will look to make it five wins in a row in the Premier League this weekend when the Blues host Cardiff City at Stamford Bridge.
The west London club finished in fifth place in the Premier League and won the FA Cup under Conte last term before he was sacked and replaced by Maurizio Sarri back in July.
