David Luiz has been working on his fitness levels at Chelsea FC as he bids to try and impress new manager Maurizio Sarri this season.

The Brazilian defender has started all four of Chelsea FC’s Premier League games so far this season to help them take maximum points from their opening four top-flight games.

The 31-year-old has been given a new lease of life by the new manager at Stamford Bridge after he struggled to hold down a regular spot in the first team at the west London club under Antonio Conte last term.

He is not on duty for Brazil during the international break, so Luiz has been working hard on his fitness levels at Cobham as he bids to try and help Chelsea FC claim all three points when the Blues take on Cardiff at Stamford Bridge after the international break.

Luiz posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account on Friday and wrote the caption: “Follow ur dreams… #trainingsession”

Chelsea FC are aiming to challenge for the Premier League title this season as they look to try and win the title under Sarri.

They finished in fifth place and won the FA Cup last season under Conte.
