The Belgian playmaker has been earning huge amounts of praise for his solid performances for the west London club this season after Sarri’s appointment as the Blues’ new manager back in July.
Hazard scored a superb solo goal for Chelsea FC as the Blues claimed a 2-1 win over Liverpool FC in the League Cup last week and he has been in fine form this term.
The 27-year-old will be hoping to hit top form for Chelsea FC this season and help the Blues to challenge for the Premier League title.
However, despite Hazard being in fine form so far this term, Sarri feels that there is still a lot more to come from the Belgian playmaker.
Speaking at a news conference before Chelsea FC’s clash with Liverpool FC on Saturday, Sarri said: “I think he can do more in terms of continuity and intensity, not only physical intensity but also mental, so I have to try to improve him because my feeling is that he can improve more,’ he said.
“I want to try to give him the chance to reach 100 per cent because my feeling is that right now he’s only at 80 per cent, I want to help him be the best player in the world.”
Chelsea FC will now turn their attentions back towards Europa League affairs and their home clash against Videoton on Thursday night.
The Blues are aiming to break back into the top four at the very least this season as they look to try and bounce back from their fifth-placed finish last term.
