The Belgian playmaker has been in fine form this season after having adapted quickly to life under new manager Maurizio Sarri at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard has scored five goals and made two assists in the Premier League so far this season to help Sarri’s men up to the top of the table as they bid to try and challenge for the title this term.
The 27-year-old will be expecting to start when the Blues take on West Ham United in the Premier League at the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
And Pedro believes that Hazard is clearly one of the finest talents in world football following his brilliant start to the season under new manager Sarri.
Speaking in an interview quoted by Metro, Pedro said: “It is obvious that Eden Hazard is in the three, four players that are the best in the world like Leo Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar.
“Because Eden every year has showed his numbers – with goals, assists, a lot of minutes and playing very well.
“I don’t know, maybe in a few years Eden can win the Ballon d’Or because he is a very good player.”
Chelsea FC have won all five of their Premier League games so far this season as they look to try and challenge for the title this term under Sarri.
The Blues also kicked off their Europa League group stage campaign with a win thanks to their 1-0 triumph at PAOK on Thursday night.
