Hazard has been one of the Premier League’s top performing players so far this season and he netted five goals and made two assists in his first five Premier League games this term.
The Belgian playmaker was unable to find the net on Sunday as the west London side were held to a frustrating goalless draw by West Ham United at the London Stadium.
The 27-year-old returned late from the World Cup after helping Belgium to finish third in Russia.
However, Hazard has insisted that he is in the shape of his life as he looks to try and help Chelsea FC enjoy a successful first season under Maurizio Sarri.
Asked about his fitness levels, Hazard told Sky Sports: “I feel 200 per cent!”
He added: “(Sunday) was hard; I missed a couple of passes, dribbles but I feel good. Confidence is up so I hope we can keep up our momentum to win games.”
Chelsea FC are now preparing for their League Cup third round clash against Liverpool FC at Anfield on Wednesday night.
The Blues will then prepare to welcome Premier League pace-setters Liverpool FC to Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening as they look to try and close the two-point gap to Jurgen Klopp’s leaders.
Liverpool FC are currently two points clear at the top of the table after having won all six of their opening games.
