Liverpool FC eased into a commanding lead courtesy of goals from Daniel Sturridge and James Milner before PSG defender Thomas Meunier levelled before half-time.
France international and World Cup star Kylian Mbappe levelled with six minutes to go to seemingly rescue a point for the visitors after a one-sided Champions League clash.
However, Roberto Firmino came off the bench to score the winner in added time to seal three points for the hosts.
But Lineker was particularly impressed with Alexander-Arnold’s performance in Liverpool FC’s 3-2 win over PSG.
Lineker wrote on Twitter: “Young @trentaa98 is special. Can see him playing a 100 games for England….in midfield.”
Alexander-Arnold was part of the Liverpool FC team that lost 3-1 to Real Madrid in the Champions League final back in May.
The Reds will take on Southampton in their next Premier League clash as Jurgen Klopp’s side look to extend their winning run to six games.
Liverpool FC finished in fourth place in the Premier League table last term to ensure their continued participation in the Champions League.
