Linda Pizzuti Henry, the wife of Liverpool FC owner John Henry, took to social media on Saturday to celebrate the Reds’ impressive 2-1 win over Tottenham at Wembley.

The Reds managed to continue their 100 per cent start to the new season as goals from Georginio Wijnaldum and Roberto Firmino handed the visitors the three points.

Erik Lamela netted a late goal for the hosts but Liverpool FC held on to continue their strong form under Jurgen Klopp.

The Merseyside outfit are level on points with leaders Chelsea FC after five games of the new campaign as Klopp looks to steer Liverpool FC towards a genuine Premier League title challenge this term.

And John Henry’s wife Linda was quick to take to social media to celebrate the victory after the game.

She posted the following update on Twitter: “3 points at Wembley against the Spurs today for Liverpool! 5 wins in 5 matches for @LFC #TOTLIV.”

Liverpool FC will now switch their attentions back towards Champions League affairs and their crunch clash against Paris Saint-Germain at Anfield on Tuesday night.

The Reds reached the Champions League final last season and earned lots of praise for their performances, but they ended up losing to Real Madrid in the showpiece in Kiev back in May.
