Paris Saint Germain winger Neymar believes that Manchester United and Chelsea FC are destined to finish below Manchester City again this season.

Chelsea FC has made a very strong start to the new Premier League campaign, winning all four of their games to emerge as dark horses in the early title running.

Manchester United meanwhile, haven’t been as impressive, losing against Brighton and Tottenham in between wins against Leicester City and Burnley.

Maurizio Sarri’s Chelsea FC have earned acclaim for their quick passing style and attacking football during the first month of the season, with Eden Hazard, in particular, shining in a more forward-thinking role for the team.

Regardless of how each team has performed so far, according to Brazilian superstar Neymar, neither club will manage to stop Manchester City defending their Premier League crown.

Neymar told the Daily Express: “It’s very hard, it’s very difficult, but Manchester City will win it. Second will be United, third is Chelsea.”

Next up for Chelsea FC after the international break is a home game against newly-promoted Cardiff City, which they will be expected to win given the poor start Neil Warnock’s side have made.

Man United meanwhile will travel to Vicarage Road to face Watford, who like Chelsea, have also made a perfect start to the season, which could be a very tough game for Mourinho’s men.
