The Reds have made an impressive start to the Premier League season following six successive victories.
Liverpool FC passed their biggest test of the current campaign when the Reds were 2-1 winners against Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley.
The Merseyside outfit are sitting at the top of the Premier League table and are two points clear of Manchester City and Chelsea FC.
The 18-time English champions will make the trip to title rivals Chelsea FC in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
Jurgen Klopp has led the Mersryside outfit to successive top-four finishes in the Premier League over the past two seasons.
Former Manchester United midfielder Giggs believes the Merseyside outfit is looking stronger than previous teams under Rafael Benitez.
“From 1-11 there’s probably not been a better Liverpool team in the Premier League – when Raheem Sterling, Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge were on fire they were really impressive but probably overall it looks like a more balanced team now,” Giggs told Sky Sports.
“You’ve got players who’ve been in the team a couple of years and you’ve got young players coming through with experience of Jordan Henderson and James Milner so it’s a good blend in there.”
Liverpool FC have finished in second place in the Premier League table in 2002, 2009 and 2014 under Gerard Houllier, Rafael Benitez and Brendan Rodgers.
The Reds will make the trip to Chelsea FC fresh from a 2-1 loss to the west London side in the Carabao Cup third round at Anfield on Wednesday night.
Liverpool FC signed Naby Keita, Fabinho, Xherdan Shaqiri and Alisson Becker in the summer transfer window.
