Unai Emery sends message to Arsenal fans about Alex Iwobi
Unai Emery says he has been thrilled by Alex Iwobi's displays for Arsenal so far this season

Unai Emery has insisted that he has been thrilled by Alex Iwobi’s performances for Arsenal so far this season.
Emery has been getting used to life in charge at The Emirates after having taken over from Arsene Wenger in the summer.
The Gunners made a stuttering start to the new campaign by losing back to back games to Manchester City and Chelsea FC – but they have bounced back to make it five straight wins in the Premier League.
The north London side are now fifth in the table and only four points behind leaders Manchester City as they look to enjoy a successful debut campaign under their new manager.
Iwobi has made a total of six appearances for Arsenal in all competitions so far this season and he came off the bench on Saturday to help the Gunners claim a 2-0 win over Watford at The Emirates.
And the Arsenal manager says that he has been very happy with the way Iwobi has been performing for the north London side this term.
Speaking at his post-match news conference on Saturday, Emery said: “He works well every day. Three weeks ago, he was injured for a couple of weeks.
“I’m very happy with his mentality. He has the quality to play right or left, to [go past players] on the pitch.
“Also, I want him to stay nearer to the box to score or find assists for team-mates. I think that’s the way for him and for other players.”
Arsenal will now turn their attentions back towards Europa League affairs and their trip to Qarabag on Thursday night in the group stage.
