The Belgium international has impressed under new Chelsea FC manager Maurizio Sarri in the current season.
The Blues forward helped Belgium to finish in third place in the World Cup after a 2-0 win over England.
Hazard has returned to domestic affairs and impressed with six goals in seven games in the Premier League.
The 27-year-old was linked with a move to Real Madrid in the 2018 summer transfer window.
However, Hazard missed out on a move and ended up remaining at the west London club.
Former Liverpool FC striker Bellamy expects big things from Hazard in the current season.
“Hazard will go all out this year,” Bellamy told Sky Sports.
“Next year, I’m not sure because there is a Euros coming up. He saves himself.
“I adore Hazard. I think he is the best player in the Premier League alongside Kevin De Bruyne.”
Hazard moved to Chelsea FC in a big money deal from Ligue 1 side Lille in the 2012 summer transfer window.
The Belgian forward has won two Premier League titles, the Europa League, the FA Cup and the League Cup this season.
Hazard won the PFA player of the year award in 2015 after the Belgium international helped Chelsea FC to win the title.
