The Blues were held to a 1-1 draw with title rivals Liverpool FC at Stamford Bridge to maintain their unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
Maurizio Sarri’s side broke the deadlock in the first half thanks to Eden Hazard’s sixth Premier League game of the current campaign.
However, Daniel Sturridge levelled with a stunning equaliser in the final minutes of normal time to rescure a point for Liverpool FC.
Chelsea FC are in third place in the Premier League table and two points adrift of Manchester City and Liverpool FC at the top of the table.
The Blues have also drawn with West Ham United in the Premier League this season to win five times and draw twice in their opening seven games.
Former Spurs midfielder Jenas has ruled out Chelsea FC challenging Liverpool FC and Manchester City for the Premier League title.
“I’m still not convinced personally,” Jenas told BT Sport. “I still see it as a battle between Manchester City and Liverpool. Liverpool were brilliant on Saturday, they came to Stamford Bridge with a front three that played well but nowhere near the level they got to last year.
“They’re still to get there, and when they do, they’ll have the edge in these games.”
Chelsea FC turned to Sarri in the summer after Antonio Conte was sacked following a fifth-placed finish in the Premier League last term.
The Blues haven’t won the Premier League crown since 2017 when Conte led Chelsea FC to title glory in his first season in charge.
