Robbie Savage has declared that Eden Hazard is the best player in the world on current form following his brilliant displays for Chelsea FC this season.

The Belgium international found the net once again on Saturday night as he scored the Blues’ opening goal in their 1-1 draw with Liverpool FC at Stamford Bridge.

Hazard has been in fine form so far this season and seems to be enjoying life under new Chelsea FC manager Maurizio Sarri at Stamford Bridge.

The 27-year-old has netted seven goals and made two assists in all competitions for the Blues so far this season and he looks to be finding his very best form under new boss Sarri.

Savage was asked on Twitter who he thought the best player in the world is on current form, and the former midfielder simply replied on Twitter, saying: “Hazard easy.”

Chelsea FC are currently in third place in the Premier League table and two points behind both Liverpool FC and Manchester City.

The Blues will return to Europa League action on Thursday night when they host Videoton at Stamford Bridge in their next group stage game.

Chelsea FC are aiming to try and break back into the top four at the very least this season after they finished fifth and won the FA Cup last term.
