The Reds signed Alisson in a £67m deal from Serie A giants AS Roma in the 2018 summer transfer window to strengthen a key position.
The Brazil international kept three successive clean sheets to help Liverpool FC make a perfect start to the season.
However, Alisson made an error in Liverpool FC’s 2-1 win at Leicester City at the King Power Stadium back in August.
The 25-year-old Liverpool FC number one, though, accepted his mistake and vowed to cut out the errors in his game.
The summer signing has bounced back in style and has looked assured in victories over Tottenham and Southampton.
Alisson had to make a couple of key saves to ensure Liverpool FC left Stamford Bridge with a point after a 1-1 draw at Chelsea FC.
Former Manchester United defender Ferdinand believes Alisson has been impressive for the Merseyside outfit so far.
“We questioned him for the Chelsea goal but he more than made up for it in terms of the one-v-one with Eden Hazard – it was a great save,” Ferdinand told BT Sport.
“His distribution [is good], he sets the tone and does things very quickly.”
Liverpool FC are in second place in the Premier League table and level on points with defending champions Manchester City at the top of the table.
The Reds signed Fabinho, Naby Keita, Xherdan Shaqiri and Alisson in the summer.
