Turkish newspaper Sabah, as quoted by talkSPORT, is reporting that the Gunners are interested in the 18-year-old after his impressive performances for Galatasaray.
The same article states that speculation in the Italian media about a €7.5million release clause is wide of the mark and no such terms exist in his current deal at the Turkish side.
According to the same story, Galatasaray have offered Kabak a five-year deal in an attempt to dissuade him from considering a potential move away.
The Turkish teenager has made eight starts and one substitute appearance in the Super Lig this season, having made just one appearance before the current campaign.
Kabak has even got Champions League minutes under his belt after completing 180 minutes in both of their group-stage fixtures against Schalke 04.
Arsenal have a reputation for developing young players throughout the Premier League era under Unai Emery’s predecessor Arsene Wenger.
Kabak would be encouraged to see 19-year-old French midfielder Matteo Guendouzi get a chance to shine in the Arsenal team despite his lack of experience.
Indeed, the summer signing has made six starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League to make a positive impression in the English top flight so far.
