Sky Sports is reporting that the Gunners star is not on Liverpool FC’s radar despite speculation linking Jurgen Klopp with a swoop to sign the Wales international.
The same article states that Ramsey looks set to leave Arsenal in the summer when the 27-year-old’s current deal with the north London side comes to an end.
According to the same story, the Welsh midfielder has accepted that this will be his final campaign as an Arsenal player after a 10-season career at the north London side.
However, Liverpool FC don’t look likely to be Ramsey’s next destination after Sky Sports claimed that the Reds don’t want to sign the former Cardiff City man on a free transfer.
The box-to-box midfielder should have no shortage of suitors given his body of work at Arsenal since his move to the Gunners from Cardiff in a £5m deal in 2008.
Ramsey opted to move to Arsenal ahead of interest from Manchester United after Sir Alex Ferguson expressed an interested in the versatile star.
Unai Emery called upon the Wales international in all 10 of their Premier League games ahead of Saturday’s visit of Liverpool FC, making six starts and four substitute appearances.
The Spanish head coach used Ramsey as a second-half substitute in a 1-1 draw with Liverpool FC as Lucas Torreira produced an impressive performance in the heart of Arsenal’s midfield.
Ramsey scored a sensational goal in Arsenal’s 5-1 win over Fulham at Craven Cottage last month to open his account for the season.
The Gunners are looking to finish in the top four for the first time since the 2015-16 season following two difficult years at the tail end of Arsene Wenger’s rein.
The Frenchman was unable to end his Arsenal career on a high note following comprehensive loss to Manchester City in the League Cup final at Wembley last term before a 2-1 aggregate loss to Spanish side Atletico Madrid in the Europa League semi-finals.
