The Italian head coach has been a big hit at Stamford Bridge and in the Premier League since taking up his current role at Chelsea FC.
Sarri took over the reins of the Blues from his compatriot Antonio Conte in the summer after Chelsea FC finished in fifth place in the Premier League last term.
The former Napoli boss has implemented an attacking brand of football at the west London side to help transform them into title challengers.
Chelsea FC are unbeaten in their opening 12 Premier League games following eight victories and four stalemates.
Mourinho’s Manchester United side have come closest to ending Chelsea FC’s unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
Anthony Martial scored two second-half goals to cancel out Antonio Rudiger’s opener to leave Manchester United on the brink of victory in October.
However, Ross Barkley netted a last-gasp equaliser at Stamford Bridge to rescue a 2-2 draw and prompt a heated confrontation after Sarri’s assistant celebrated in front of Mourinho.
But Sarri and his number two apologised to Mourinho after the stalemate and the Italian head coach has now given a glowing review of Mourinho.
“Mourinho is a man of extraordinary human qualities,” Sarri is quoted as saying by Metro.
“It made an excellent impression on the day of the Stamford Bridge match when the incident involving one of my assistants occurred. On the professional level, there is little to say.”
Chelsea FC are in third place in the Premier League table and eight points ahead of Manchester United in the race to secure a Champions League spot.
