Liverpool FC are ahead of the likes of Barcelona, Manchester City, Juventus and AC Milan in the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot, 23. He will be a free agent at the end of the season.
FC Barcelona have reopened talks with the representatives of Willian, 30, after the Blues turned three offers for the Chelsea FC attacker over the summer.
Spanish giants FC Barcelona also want to sign Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny, 33, and Chelsea FC star David Luiz, 31, next year.
Reported Chelsea FC transfer target Joao Felix, 18, has been offered a new contract by Benfica, which would include a £105m buyout clause. He is said to be close to agreeing the new deal, which would put Chelsea FC “out of reach” for now.
