French media outlet RMC, as quoted by The Sun, is reporting that the north London duo are interested in the 23-year-old, who is set to become a free agent in the summer.
The same article states that Rabiot has struggled to negotiate a contract extension with the Ligue 1 champions to create speculation surrounding his future.
According to the same story, PSG have given Rabiot an ultimatum to make a decision about signing a new deal at Parc des Princes before the end of last week.
The report adds that the situation hasn’t changed and the France international has told PSG to forget about offering fresh terms.
Rabiot has been regularly linked with a move to the Premier League over the past few seasons, but a switch hasn’t materialised so far.
Indeed, the PSG star has often been touted with attracting interest from England when Rabiot has been involved in negotiations with PSG.
Rabiot has scored two goals and has made one assist in 13 games in Ligue 1 this season to help PSG go unbeaten in their opening 15 games of the campaign.
The France midfielder was a substitute in PSG’s 2-1 win over Liverpool FC in the Champions League last week.
