The north London side are likely to be linked with a number of players in the coming weeks as Unai Emery ponders adding to his squad during the mid-season transfer window.
Arsenal have been earning lots of praise for their solid performances in recent weeks and it has been a good start to the season for Emery, who replaced Arsene Wenger at the club in the summer.
Recent reports in Turkey, as reported by the Daily Mirror, have suggested that Arsenal have shown an interest in signing 21-year-old attacking midfielder Under.
Now, Gazzetta dello Sport reporter Schira has claimed that Arsenal are keen on the Turkey international and that AS Roma could be open to selling the player for €50m.
Schira wrote on Twitter: “#Arsenal is really interested in Cengiz #Under. Tonight an Arsenal’s scout will watch him in #RomaInter. Monchi to sell his player wants €50M #transfers #AFC.”
Under has been in decent form so far this season, scoring two goals and making three assists in 12 Serie A appearances for the Italian side.
His latest goal for AS Roma came during the 2-2 draw with Inter Milan on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are currently preparing for their Premier League showdown with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
