The north London side are aiming to continue their strong start to the season under Unai Emery by beating the Eagles on the south coast.
Arsenal have been earning lots of praise for their improving performances under Unai Emery since the Spaniard’s appointment as the club’s new manager back in May.
The Gunners currently find themselves well in the race for a top four finish this season.
Arsenal are currently fifth in the table and only behind fourth-placed Chelsea FC on goal difference.
And former Liverpool FC striker Owen feels that the north London side will have enough to overcome Brighton on Wednesday.
Writing in his column for Bet Victor, Owen said: “Brighton must do without the suspended Lewis Dunk at the Amex and they have lost five of their last six games against Arsenal in all competitions.
“The Gunners failed to impress but kept the points against Burnley at the weekend and continue to consistently score goals on the road in the Premier League.
“Two more at the Amex are likely to bring another valuable three points.”
Arsenal are aiming to break back into the top four and secure Champions League qualification for next season.
The Gunners have missed out on a place in the Champions League for the last two seasons running after finishing fifth and sixth in Arsene Wenger’s final two campaigns in charge at The Emirates.
