Real Madrid are prepared to include Isco and Mateo Kovacic in a deal to sign Chelsea FC forward Eden Hazard, according to a report in Spain.

Spanish media outlet Onda Cero, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that Champions League holders Real Madrid are the frontrunners to sign the 27-year-old from Chelsea FC.

The same article states that the La Liga side are ready to offer Spain international Isco and World Cup finalist Kovacic in a swap deal for the Belgium international.

According to the same story, los Blancos are hopeful that their enticing offer will convince the west London outfit to allow their star forward to leave Stamford Bridge.

Hazard scored his 100th and 101st goals in Chelsea FC’s 2-1 win against Watford at Vicarage Road on Boxing Day to help the Blues move two points clear of fifth-placed Arsenal.

The Belgian forward has little over 18 months left to run on his current Chelsea FC deal to raise questions about his long-term future at the west London side.

Hazard moved to Chelsea FC in a big money deal from Ligue 1 side Lille in the 2012 summer transfer window despite being linked with Manchester City and Manchester United.

The Blues will take on London rivals Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Sunday afternoon.
