The Blues are looking to record successive Premier League victories after Maurizio Sarri’s men were 2-1 winners against Watford at Vicarage Road on Boxing Day.
Eden Hazard scored his 100th and 101st Chelsea FC goals to help the Blues make a return to winning ways following a 1-0 home loss to Leicester City last weekend.
Chelsea FC have lost to Tottenham Hotspur, Wolves and Leicester over the past month or so to drop out of the title race but remain in contention for a top-four finish.
Sarri’s side will face a Palace team that will be buoyed by their impressive 3-2 win against defending Premier League champions Manchester City in their final league game before Christmas Day.
Chelsea FC are looking to avoid back-to-back losses at Crystal Palace for the first time in the Premier League after a 3-1 loss under Antonio Conte back in January.
Former Liverpool FC striker Owen is confident that Chelsea FC will secure a 2-0 win against Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon.
“Palace had over 30 attempts on goal without scoring against Cardiff earlier in the week and they cannot afford such profligacy against Chelsea who had talisman Eden Hazard to thank for their win at Watford last time,” Owen told BetVictor.
“This promises to be a full-blooded London derby with the visitors keeping the points.”
Chelsea FC are a point better off than they were at the halfway point last season under Conte.
The Blues are looking to win three consecutive away fixture for the first time under Sarri.
