Spurs will make the trip to the King Power Stadium this weekend in pursuit of back-to-back victories in the Premier League to complete their comeback from a disappointing north London derby last weekend.
Tottenham lost 4-2 to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium despite having held a 2-1 lead at half-time thanks to goals from Kane and Eric Dier in the derby clash.
Spurs responded with a 3-1 victory over rudderless Southampton at Wembley on Wednesday night courtesy of goals from Kane, Lucas Moura and Son Heung-min to hoist themselves back into third place.
Tottenham are two points ahead of fourth-placed Chelsea and Arsenal to bolster their chances of finishing in the top four in what promises to be an intense battle for a top-four spot.
The Lilywhites will make the trip to Leicester in the Premier League on Saturday after the Foxes produced a poor performance in a 1-1 draw at Fulham in mid-week.
Former Manchester United striker Owen is tipping Tottenham to ease to a win at Leicester to maintain their top-four challenge.
“Spurs have not had a Premier League draw in their last 19 games and I feel they will take maximum points at the King Power from an entertaining clash in the late kick-off on Saturday,” Owen told BetVictor.
“Harry Kane has scored 13 times in his 11 previous games against the Foxes and the England skipper may again be the difference between the sides at the weekend.”
Spurs have a great record of finishing in the top four under current manager Mauricio Pochettino.
