Adam Lallana and Roberto Firmino were among the players involved as Liverpool FC trained at Melwood ahead of their Premier League clash with Bournemouth on Saturday.

The Reds head into the game looking to keep up their Premier League title push, with Jurgen Klopp’s men currently two points behind leaders Manchester City at the top of the table.

Lallana has struggled with a string of injury problems in recent weeks but he now appears to be approaching full fitness again, with the England midfielder’s last appearance for the Reds coming on 6 November.

Meanwhile, Firmino has been a regular fixture in the first team this season and he scored one of Liverpool FC’s three goals during the 3-1 win over Bournemouth last week.

Also pictured in action during the training session at Melwood were the likes of Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson.

Liverpool FC can move to the top of the Premier League table with victory over Bournemouth, before Manchester City take on Chelsea FC at Stamford Bridge later in the evening on Saturday.
