Maurizio Sarri’s side managed to bounce back from a 3-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley last month in the west London derby at the weekend.
The Blues were 2-0 winners against Fulham in Sunday’s early kick-off thanks to goals from Pedro and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Chelsea FC are in third place in the Premier League and seven points adrift of leaders Manchester City.
The 2017 champions can ill-afford to drop more points in the title race if Sarri’s men intend to challenge for the Premier League crown.
Wolves are winless in their last six games in the Premier League to drop to 12th place in the English top flight.
The promoted side had made a positive start to the campaign after Wolves managed to secure a point in draws with Manchester City and Manchester United.
Former Liverpool FC striker Owen is confident that Chelsea FC will secure three points against Wolves on Wednesday night.
“Wolves have lost their last three home league games and things are likely to get worse before they get better at Molineux when Chelsea are the visitors on Wednesday night,” Owen told BetVictor.
“Wolves have lost seven of their eight previous Premier League games against the Blues and Maurizio Sarri’s side put behind their disappointing recent Wembley loss to comfortably see off Fulham in the West London derby at the weekend.”
Chelsea FC are looking to finish in the top four this season after the Blues ended up in fifth spot last term.
Sarri’s side look in a good position to secure a Champions League spot but the west London side will face competition from their local rivals Arsenal and Tottenham.
