Chelsea FC are planning to make a £36m bid for PSV Eindhoven winger Hirving Lozano, 23. The Blues are said to be keen to sign a new forward this month.
Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey, 28, has signed a pre-contract agreement with Juventus and could join them this month.
Manchester United are likely to turn down any bids for Ivory Coast defender Eric Bailly, with Sevilla apparently keen to sign the 24-year-old on loan.
