Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is personally tutoring Manchester United’s forwards in a bid to help them hit top form, according to reports in the British media.
Metro is reporting that the Red Devils interim boss has been holding private training sessions to help bring the best out of the club’s attacking players.
The Norwegian has been earning lots of praise for the significant impact he has had since taking over at Old Trafford on an interim basis following the sacking of Jose Mourinho back in December.
Manchester United have been in fine form in the Premier League but they lost their first game under the interim manager when they were comprehensively beaten 2-0 by Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
According to the same story, Solskjaer has decided to hold extra private training sessions to help some of Manchester United’s forwards, including Anthony Martial and Romelu Lukaku.
The same article reports that the extra sessions have only lasted around 15-20 minutes but they demonstrate a much more hands-on approach to his predecessor Mourinho.
Meanwhile, Manchester United are currently preparing for their FA Cup fifth-round clash against Chelsea FC at Stamford Bridge on Monday night as they look to take a step closer towards winning the trophy.
