Maurizio Sarri has insisted that he wasn’t fazed by Chelsea FC’s away support airing their discontent with the Italian manager after Sunday afternoon’s 2-1 victory over Cardiff City.

The Blues looked to be heading for their eighth Premier League defeat of the season after Victor Camarasa broke the deadlock for the Welsh side in the 46th minute.

However, Spanish defender Cesar Azpilicueta levelled in the 84th minute with a close-range finish to open his Premier League account for the campaign.

Chelsea FC were handed some good fortune when Ruben Loftus-Cheek scored a winner in added time from Willian’s corner despite being in an apparent offside position.

The England international’s goal secured three points and moved Sarri’s side to within a point of fourth-placed Manchester United in the Premier League table.

The Chelsea FC supporters could be heard signing anti-Sarri chants during the Premier League clash as pressure continues to mount on the Italian.

However, Sarri wasn’t fazed by the Chelsea FC fans airing their displeasure during the west London side’s close-fought win in Cardiff.

“They were probably unhappy for the result,” Sarri told his post-match media conference. “I can understand, I can understand very well. I am getting used to this.”

Chelsea FC appointed Sarri as their new manager last summer after Antonio Conte left Stamford Bridge.

The west London side will welcome Brighton at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening.

The Blues will take on Slavia Prague in the Europa League quarter-finals next month.
