The Reds boss is looking to win his first major trophy in the current campaign since the German head coach took over the reins from Brendan Rodgers in October 2015.
Liverpool FC are sitting at the top of the Premier League table and two points ahead of defending champions Manchester City in the title race.
The Merseyside outfit have lost in the Champions League, Europa League and League Cup finals since Klopp became their manager.
The German head coach has plenty of goodwill with the Liverpool FC supporters despite a lack of silverware so far.
Klopp’s side have the best defensive record in the Premier League this season – and the Reds have been more consistent with their results.
Now, former Liverpool FC defender Carragher outlined why he thinks that Klopp has proven such a big hit with the club’s supporters.
“He’s suited firstly because he’s a top manager. There’s no doubt about that. Then there’s his personality, his passion on the sidelines resonates with Liverpool supporters,” Carragher told Sky Sports.
“His beliefs away from football, too, and how he likes his football played.
“He resonates with fans on a different level. When he speaks, Liverpool supporters listen. He speaks their type of language, how they like football to be played.”
“It comes back to that energy and passion in his team, and with him on the sidelines. That mirrors Liverpool people and Liverpool supporters at Anfield.”
Klopp won two Bundesliga titles during his seven seasons in charge of German club Borussia Dortmund.
The 47-year-old suffered disappointment in the Champions League after his Dortmund side lost 2-1 to Bayern Munich at Wembley in 2013.
Liverpool FC haven’t won the Premier League title and haven’t got their hands on the top-flight crown since 1990.
