Website TEAMtalk, as quoted by The Sun, is reporting that the Reds are prepared to incur a loss on the Guinea international despite investing £48m in the box-to-box midfielder.
The same article states that Liverpool FC are willing to sell Keita if the Premier League leaders receive an offer in the region of £38m.
According to the same story, Jurgen Klopp is considering the African midfielder’s potential departure after his disappointing debut campaign in England.
The report goes on to add that Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund would both be interested in a potential swoop to sign Keita.
The 24-year-old has made one assist in 21 games in the Premier League this season, although nine of those appearances have come from the bench.
The former RB Leipzig midfielder has also featured four times in the Champions League but has gone under the radar for most of the season.
Liverpool FC agreed a £48m deal with Leipzig in 2017 before the Reds were made to wait an additional 12 months before Keita linked up with his new team-mates last summer.
Klopp’s side will welcome Spurs in their next Premier League game on Sunday.
