Italian media outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, as quoted by TEAMtalk, is reporting that the Reds are interested in bringing the Argentina international to Anfield in the summer transfer window.
The same article states that Liverpool FC manager Jurgen Klopp wants to add more attacking depth to his squad given the uncertainty surrounding the future of both Divock Origi and Daniel Sturridge.
According to the same story, the German head coach is eager to land Dybala and the Merseyside outfit are putting a lot of effort into getting the deal over the line.
The report goes on to say that Liverpool FC could reach an agreement with Juventus in the coming weeks despite uncertainty about how much the Serie A champions would want for the Argentinian.
Liverpool FC have relied heavily on Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah to give them a goal-scoring threat over the past 18 months or so.
Klopp doesn’t have an out-and-out striker in his starting XI, despite being able to call upon Origi and Sturridge from the bench.
Dybala has scored 77 goals in 175 games in all competitions over the past three and a half seasons at Juventus.
