The same article states that PSG could be leading the race to sign Jesus given the French club have already made contact with the Flamengo starlet.
According to the same story, Liverpool FC are interested in a deal to sign the Brazilian playmaker as the Reds look to bolster their options for the future.
Jesus has a contract with Flamengo that will run until 2021 but his deal includes a release clause set at €70m, according to Le10Sport’s report.
Whether Liverpool FC would be willing to pay one of the biggest fees in the club’s history for a 17-year-old is another question.
Brazilians have tended to do well at Liverpool FC in the Premier League era, with Philippe Coutinho and Lucas Leiva establishing themselves as fans’ favourites.
Jurgen Klopp currently has three Brazilian players in his squad – Roberto Firmino, Fabinho and Alisson Becker.
Liverpool FC will take on Burnley in their Premier League clash at Anfield on Sunday afternoon as the Reds look to keep the pressure on Manchester City in the title race.
