The Sun, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that the Spanish midfielder has been offered a deal worth £150,000 a week to move to the French club as the speculation about his future rumbles on.
As things stand, Herrera is set to become a free agent at the end of the season, with his current contract at Old Trafford set to expire this summer.
According to the same story, PSG are prepared to offer Herrera some big-money wages, as there would be no transfer fee to pay to bring him to Parc des Princes.
The same article says that Herrera is now expected to sign a three-year contract with PSG, with his Manchester United days seemingly looking numbered.
Herrera has been a regular fixture in the Manchester United team so far this season and has scored two goals and made three assists in 19 Premier League games for the Red Devils.
Meanwhile, Manchester United will return to Premier League action after the international break when they take on Watford at Old Trafford on Saturday 30 March.
The Red Devils are currently fifth in the table as they aim to break back into the top four before the season is out.
