Paul Pogba has decided that he wants to leave Manchester United and seek a move to Italy or Spain this summer, according to a report in Spain.
Spanish media outlet AS, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that Pogba believes his time at Manchester United is coming to an end ahead of the 2019 summer transfer window.
The same article states that Real Madrid remains the most likely destination for the France international given that los Blancos were interested in Pogba back in 2016.
According to the same story, Pogba is ready to put his foot down and force a move to the Spanish capital in the summer months after a mixed season at Old Trafford.
The report goes on to say that the World Cup winner’s agent Mino Raiola could play a big role in where Pogba eventually ends up at the end of the upcoming transfer window.
Pogba has re-established himself as a key member of the Manchester United team since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was appointed as the club’s interim manager back in December.
The France star had fallen out of favour under Jose Mourinho to raise questions about his long-term future at the 20-time English champions.
Pogba has scored 11 goals and has made nine assists in 27 Premier League games this term.
